A minimum of 10 lines from one or more of the following categories

Village shops, Community Shops, Convenience Stores and Delicatessens
A minimum of 10 lines from one or more of the following categories

- Preserves, Condiments and Confectionery
Farm Shops
At least 20% of the lines offered or 20 different lines minimum should be from local suppliers from at least two of the following categories.

- Preserves, Condiments and Confectionery
Specialty Shops (Butchers, bakeries Fishmongers, cheese shops, green grocers etc)
A selection of produce within the ‘type’ offered – there should be at least 10 local ‘lines’ available.
Gate Sales/producers on-site retail outlets
The produce offered should be from their own range but could allow for a minority of products from other sources.
On-line retailers (who do not have another retail presence)
At least 20% of the lines offered or 20 different lines minimum should be from local suppliers from at least two of the following categories.

Hamper Suppliers
Should offer at least one predominantly ‘local produce’ hamper including lines from the at least two following:
